We offer 30% discount for all renewals. The discount code is automatically sent to you 1 month prior to your membership expiration. You can also contact us to ask for the discount code at anytime you want to renew.
No. You are only allowed to user up to five IP addresses with your account. You will be suspended if it is detected that your account is shared with other users, or the download logs has exceeded the download quotas.
All license fees are non-refundable. Since SymphonyThemes is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds after the membership is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing membership at our site.
Yes. If you renew or upgrade your membership before it expires, you will get discount and the new membership period will be added to your existing one.
If you renew or upgrade your membership after it expires, you may not receive discount (unless otherwise stated) and your membership starts from the purchasing date.
