1. I'm confused on the pricing: Theme purchase, Gold membership and Developer membership. How to choose my right package?

a. Single theme purchase

If you are interested in one single theme only, you can choose this plan. You can also select options during the checkout process, such as:

  • Copyright removal: remove the copyright "Powered by Drupal and Symphony Themes".
  • Multi domain license: use the theme for unlimited domains.
  • Services: ST provides installation or customization services to help you get the site up quickly.
b. Gold membership

ST Gold membership allows you to access all available themes plus all released themes within the next 12 months. It's best if you:

  • interested in many themes
  • have several domains
  • want to be able to change themes sometimes in the future
c. Developer membership 

ST Developer membership is for web agents who want to use ST themes for clients. It provides:

  • access to all available themes plus all released themes within the next 12 months,
  • unlimited domain licenses
  • copyright removals

2. What is the price of membership? How long is my membership?

See our Membership Plan to have a completed view of our plans with prices, durations and options. Your membership starts instantly when you purchase it.

3. What happens when my membership expires? Should I renew it?

When your membership expires, you can still use the downloads from the time of your membership period for your license domain. In case you expect to use our templates for additional domains, you are required to renew/upgrade your membership.

You are no longer able to access the download section to receive updates, new themes and the support forum. Please renew your membership to continue with our premium products and services.

4. Can I share my account with other users? Why is my account suspended?

No. You are only allowed to user up to five IP addresses with your account. You will be suspended if it is detected that your account is shared with other users, or the download logs has exceeded the download quotas.

5. Are Symphony membership fees refundable?

All license fees are non-refundable. Since SymphonyThemes is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds after the membership is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing membership at our site.

6. Can I add more domains after expiration?

No. You will not be able to add more domains. However, all registered and verified domains are life-time licensed.

7. How to renew/upgrade my membership?

Please sign in to your account and purchase the desired package.

8. Should I renew or upgrade my membership before the expiration date?

Yes. If you renew or upgrade your membership before it expires, you will get discount and the new membership period will be added to your existing one.

If you renew or upgrade your membership after it expires, you may not receive discount (unless otherwise stated) and your membership starts from the purchasing date.

EXCEPTION: for all upgrading from ST Standard membership to ST Developer membership, your new Developer membership is deemed to start from your upgrading date.

9. I do not have a Paypal account. How to pay?
