Step 1: Go to Membership, choose your package and click on Join Now. This will direct you to make the payment via Paypal.

Step 2: When the transaction is completed, your account will be created and you can start to download immediately. There will be an email sent to you for your account information as well.
 

See our Membership Plan to have a completed view of our plans with prices, durations and options. Your membership starts instantly when you purchase it.

When your membership expires, you can still use the downloads from the time of your membership period for your license domain. In case you expect to use our templates for additional domains, you are required to renew/upgrade your membership.

You are no longer able to access the download section to receive updates, new themes and the support forum. Please renew your membership to continue with our premium products and services.

No. You are only allowed to user up to five IP addresses with your account. You will be suspended if it is detected that your account is shared with other users, or the download logs has exceeded the download quotas.

All license fees are non-refundable. Since SymphonyThemes is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds after the membership is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing membership at our site.

No. You will not be able to add more domains. However, all registered and verified domains are life-time licensed.

Yes. If you renew or upgrade your membership before it expires, you will get discount and the new membership period will be added to your existing one.

If you renew or upgrade your membership after it expires, you may not receive discount (unless otherwise stated) and your membership starts from the purchasing date.

EXCEPTION: for all upgrading from ST Standard membership to ST Developer membership, your new Developer membership is deemed to start from your upgrading date.

You can download and use all the RELEASED themes and FUTURE themes during your membership period.

You can also accesss our Support forum with our friendly support staffs and other members. Here you can find solutions for any problems with our themes. We are committed to feedback any queries within 12-24 hours during working hours. The Support Forum is  more than just a support place. You can share your knowledge and experiences with other member of the community.

We are committed to release at least 1 high-quality theme every month. So in one year, there will be 12-20 themes. We also update our existing themes with new version of Drupal.

1. For ST CLUB MEMBERSHIP: The number of domains you can use depends on the Membership Plan you purchased (you can see it here). You can change to any theme released during your membership period on the licensed domain. Sub domain (subdomain.example.com) and the main domain (example.com) will be considered as 1 domain.
2. For ST DEVELOPER MEMBERSHIP: "ST Developer Membership" owners are given the right to run unlimited instances of any theme or any other products on any domain.
   Licensed domains are unlimited! This is particularly fit to full time individual web design developers/companies.
    

We are no longer offering individual theme purchase. Instead, you can access to all themes by registering a membership on SymphonyThemes as well as post your questions on our Support Forum.

You are required to register/upgrade to ST Developer Membership which grants you permission to customize our themes for your clients.

You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our themes to fit your needs (applicable for ST Standard membership) or your clients (applicable for ST Developer membership). Please make sure any change to our copyright information must be in line with our restrictions.

With ST Standard membership, you are not entitled to customize our themes for your friends or any third-party.

Alternatively, you could select the following options:

• Instruct your friends/third-party to register a paid membership on SymphonyThemes. Or,
• You register ST Developer Membership which grants you permission to customize our themes for your friends and clients.

You can remove the ST copyright in our free themes or when you have subscribed to our ST Developer Membership. Otherwise, you can purchase separated Copyright Removal package as below:

• Copyright Removal for 01 domain: USD40
• Copyright Removal for 02 domain: USD70
• Copyright Removal for 03 domain: USD90

With this package you can remove our footer "Powered by SymphonyThemes" and changed it to what you want.

No. SymphonyThemes is the only distributor of all ST themes. Re-selling ST products is prohibited.

The customization service for clients under ST Developer membership is deemed as a legal utilization of our products in line with our Terms of service.

If you have plan to customize our themes for your clients, you are required to purchase ST Developer membership.

DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS: You can download and use all the RELEASED themes and FUTURE themes within your membership period.

UNLIMITED LICENSED DOMAINS: You are entitled to customize any themes, extensions for your clients on unlimited domains.

COPYRIGHT REMOVAL: You can remove our footer "Designed by SymphonyThemes" and changed it to "Designed/Powered by YourCompany" as well as other reference to SymphonyThemes.

WHAT ELSE? You can also accesss our Support forum with our friendly support staffs and other members. Here you can find solutions for any problems with our themes. We are committed to feedback any queries within 12-24 hours during working hours. The Support Forum is  more than just a support place. You can share your knowledge and experiences with other member of the community.

No. We charge NO fee against your clients who use ST themes customized by You.

Yes. They can use ST customized themes/extensions without paying any more fee.

After your membership expires, you can customize our themes downloaded during your membership period for current license domains only. That means if your clients request for customization on new domains apart from ones registered on SymphonyThemes, you need to renew your membership.

Accordingly, you can not download our themes/extensions or updates anymore, unless you renew your membership.

No. You are not allowed to re-sell ST themes and extensions. However, you are entitled to customize ST themes for your clients.
