I wish to purchase a theme template but...

Is there a online demonstration version of the admin module for any of these themes?
I am really interested in the directory "pipe" theme, but since my experience of being a drupal user/developer is limited, I am not sure whether I will be able to make changes as necessary. Will I also be able to add alternative banners, or relative advertising links like google adsense?
My webhost is hostgator and I am in the process of downloading and installing drupal on my chosen domain.

I understand your concern.

A few bad experiences from people that I know, they purchase a theme and they don't know where to start. It doesn't look like the demonstration.

I tried to find a way to let users to experience the site before purchase it, but still can't find a possible easy way.
