Huge font-size...after successfully installing Octavin theme.

I had an existing drupal site and decided to use the Octavin Drupal theme.
After successful install, now the fonts on every page are huge in IE. In firefox it does not look as bad. Take a look at this
. Text font size its supposed to be 10px.
I tried changing the Theme-specific settings but it has no affect at all!
Im thinking there are other css files being loaded. How can I fix this?
