anonymous users unable to view the 'view_image_slideshow' block

Im unable to show the  view_image_slideshow to Anonymous users but when I login I can see the image_slideshow with no problem. When I logout I only see the block title. 
I have an existing site and want to replace the theme with ST Octavin theme. However, I am having problems displaying to view_image_slideshow to unauthenticated users. Below are the View settings for this slideshow which was imported from another working site.

What's preventing the images from showing?
