Adding Block-boxes
So I've been trying to install ST Conch and getting it installed is no problem, it's just trying to add the blocks. I believe I'm doing it right, but I have no luck. I followed the directions in the conch_readme.pdf to add the block-list, block-box, block-box block-login. I tried just adding it through the block page, and even through the block.tpl file - but to no avail.
Could anyone point me in the right direction?

How complete should full site install look?

I'm a Drupal newbie, using Drupal 6.2, and I'm having some trouble getting our site going. I've looked through the forum, and this looks somewhat close to the same issue I'm having (for me, it's quite likely operator error!)
I attempted the Conch full site installation, but it doesn't look like your demo site. I apologize if this is a dumb question, but should the blocks and demo content already be in place? (That's what I was assuming, though I guess the content wouldn't be there for the database...)
If so, do I need to follow steps 2.1-2.5 on the conch_readme.pdf document, or is that just for the "theme" installers? I don't quite follow the instructions to "Go to admin/build/imagecache" in instructions 2.4 and 2.5. Is that shorthand for Administer > Site building > imagecache? (I don't see anything in my "Administer" panel called imagecache)
I've attached a couple screen shots to show what the install looks like. (still trying to work out the primary menu and such, too...) Any help you can offer is very much appreciated. This is a fantastic looking theme -- I hope I can figure it out!

May be you don't install right profile. When you install fullsize package, you must select Conch profile insteal of Drupal profile.

Yes, that was it. Someone else installed the site and didn't realize I needed to use the conch installation profile. I just deleted everything and started from scratch, and now it works like a charm. I had started to figure out how to enable all of the different modules, like ImageCache, etc, and started to realize that it would've taken me forever. This is beautiful!
